Talent Acquisition Specialist

Alvotech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and be responsible for taking lead for Alvotech´s recruitment processes. In this role you will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP, develop and advise on best practices, advertise & source candidates, manage selection processes from start to finish and ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP, making sure you understand the roles and responsibilities of the positions.
  • Manage the selection process from start to finish, including planning interviews and selection panels, keeping track of data in our systems Hiring tracker and HRIS systems.
  • Advice on best practices when it comes to sourcing and selecting.
  • Source candidates through various platforms and methods.
  • Screen and manage applications.
  • Conduct and lead interviews and selection panels when needed.
  • Regular reporting on status of hiring processes and collecting and presenting other relevant data to stakeholders.
  • Develop processes and procedures to secure better, faster, leaner recruitment at Alvotech.
  • Ensuring the quality of hire as well as good candidate and stakeholder experience.
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
  • A University degree in Human Resources management or other applicable field of study.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently and in a team against tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • People-oriented and service-focused mindset.
