Developer
Icelandair is looking to hire a developer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and user experience, joining us in taking the Icelandair booking experience onwards and upwards. We are seeking a creative and critical thinker who is able to work effectively in a collaborative and cross-functional product team.

What you will be doing:
Develop and maintain Icelandair’s customer-facing booking experience, ensuring quality of code and validity of solutions by building reusable code and component libraries for future use.
Follow and evolve best practices in terms of all software development aspects.
Collaborate with our in-house designers to turn designs into beautiful functional user interfaces.
Contribute to the discussions and development of the future developments of our solutions.
What you should know and be capable of:
Have a good knowledge of React and Typescript, as well as Next.js and preferably Node.js. Be capable of creating beautiful experiences using all that modern CSS has to offer.
You have a degree in computer science, web development or comparable education.
