Senior Full-stack Developer with front-end focus

As a Senior Full-stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. While you’ll be part of the front-end team, your work will occasionally extend to the backend, contributing to an integrated development process and ensuring smooth communication across our tech stack.

Key team member in shaping the future technology and architecture of a leading sustainability software platform.
Develop and maintain robust, high-performing, and scalable data driven front-end solutions.
Collaborate closely with the back-end team, contributing to server-side development when needed.
Optimize and enhance application performance, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Contribute to code quality standards and development best practices in both the front-end and back-end.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Five years of experience in front-end development, with at least two years in a senior or lead role.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Good understanding of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools like Vite and version control with Git.
Proficiency with Node.js and GraphQL for back-end development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and collaborative thinking.

Experience with the following is a plus but not a requirement

Experience with cloud services like AWS for front-end and back-end deployment and maintenance.
Familiarity with NX for monorepo management and CircleCI for continuous integration.
Solid understanding of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in cross-functional teamwork.
