Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on collaboration and delivering value. At Wisefish, you’ll guide seafood companies through implementations and upgrades of our ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to closure. Balance scope, timelines and cost while keeping customers informed and engaged. Working closely with our consultants, developers and product teams, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly in compliance with our ways of working.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects for Wisefish customers.

Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and communication.

Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving across consulting, development, and product teams.

Keep customers informed through clear reporting and structured dialogue.

Report regularly on project progress, cost and facilitate transparent decision making.

Contribute to evolving our project delivery framework and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, preferably in software or consulting environment.

Strong understanding of project management and different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid). PMP, IPMA or similar certification is an advantage.

Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional project teams.

Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira or similar)

Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.

Strong written and spoken English.
