Licensing Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Licensing Specialist to join our team. A successful candidate is well familiar with Microsoft Dynamics software licensing and will play a pivotal role in maintaining and overseeing Wisefish software licenses for customers and partners. The Licensing Specialist is a strong collaborator with both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on a win-win approach.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review software license offers for Wisefish customers and partners.
Develop, implement, and oversee licensing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the Wisefish Sales and Project Delivery teams, providing licensing guidance and support.
Provide customers and partners with licensing insights, ensuring their informed purchasing decisions.
Manage a licensing management system, ensuring accurate record-keeping of the software licenses that Wisefish sells.
Continuous improvement and learning on Wisefish products and processes.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Requirements:

A bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in using Business Central or another business management/ERP solution.
Good knowledge of software licensing models and a desire to learn.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Service minded and a strong collaborator with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong Excel skills are a plus.
