Growth Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and User Acquisition (UA).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to retention, and optimizing each touchpoint to maximize growth. You will leverage data insights to craft strategies that enhance customer experience and expand our user base.
Your Tasks:

User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies across paid media, organic search, and social media. Collaborate with influencers and creative teams.

CLM: Implement strategies to engage users throughout their lifecycle. Optimize email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

Data Analysis: Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to improve acquisition costs and lifetime value.

Retention & Engagement: Increase user retention, reduce churn, and enhance the user experience through loyalty programs and feedback.

Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth goals. Partner with customer support and external agencies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure high ROI.
Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on CLM and UA.

Proficient in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.

Proven track record in user acquisition and customer retention.
-
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital advertising.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Experience with lifecycle marketing and influencer management.
