Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team and help shape the future of sleep health technology. As a Product Owner, you will be a part of the Product Management Team that works to ensure excellent product delivery. The Product Management team operates across different departments within the company and helps maintain the existing Nox Medical product lines, and co-ordinate new product development efforts.

You will be responsible for organizing product development working closely with engineers, clinical experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and providers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and communication of the product roadmap aligned with Nox mission, strategy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Translate product and medical device specifications into actionable guidance and user stories, ensuring strong product–market fit through customer feedback, clinical insights, and market analysis.

  • Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams, owning and prioritizing the backlog, and driving sprint goals.

  • Collaborate with R&D, QA, clinical, and regulatory experts to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality products.

  • Ensure product documentation and releases adhere to medical device standards and are delivered in strict accordance with requirements.

  • Work with marketing, sales, and customer experience to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support, prepare training and communication materials, and actively share knowledge through mentoring and coaching.

  • Stay current with Agile/Scrum practices, medical device regulations, and emerging technologies, fostering ongoing innovation and improving team performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field.

  • Experience in medical device development, digital health, regulated healthcare products, or clinical sleep diagnostics is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with strategic vision, balancing innovation with regulatory and quality requirements.

  • High standards of accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
