Clustermarket Project/Implementation Specialist

• Lead the project management of the Clustermarket software implementation, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Clustermarket project, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across teams.

• Facilitate communication and training for users, ensuring effective adoption of the platform.

• Solve challenges and maintain progress under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Collaborate with universities and other external partners to align the platform’s implementation with their needs (bonus if you have experience with university projects).

• Support the wider Vísindagarðar team on additional projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field, with practical lab experience highly preferred.

• Familiarity with laboratory environments is essential (hands-on lab work is a bonus).

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is highly preferred. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Icelandic is mandatory, and good English skills are preferred.

• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in chaotic, fast-moving environments.
