Project Manager

Travel Connect is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team. If you have experience in project management, then please get in touch!

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders, leading various types of projects for all our teams and brands. This can be projects like needs analysis, IT software implementation, improvements projects and more.

You will be part of a success-driven and growing environment, reporting to the Chief Improvement Officer. This role is based in our Reykjavík offices, but you will also work in close cooperation with all our brands and sites.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing cross-functional improvement projects

  • Leading implementation of existing and new software solutions for internal use

  • Ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved and informed

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Project management experience

  • Change management experience

  • Implementation management experience is desirable

  • Experience in performing needs analysis when selecting software solutions

  • Success leading cross-functional projects

  • Education in a related field is desirable

  • Collaborative team spirit and leadership skills 

  • Able to work independently as well as in close cooperation with others 

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
