

Specialist in Neurology
The Department of Neurology at Landspitali - The National University Hospital of Iceland is seeking a specialist in neurology with expertise in neurophysiology and experience in performing and interpreting electroneurography (ENG), electromyography (EMG), and electroencephalography (EEG).
The Neurology Department is staffed by a strong team of specialists working in a multidisciplinary environment and in close collaboration with other healthcare professionals. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform and interpret ENG, EMG, and EEG studies in accordance with clinical and technical standards

Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals in diagnostics and treatment planning
QUALIFICATIONS

Medical license as a specialist in neurology with a subspecialty in neurophysiology or equivalent

Experience in performing and interpreting ENG, EMG, and EEG

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Ability to work in English and/or Icelandic in a professional healthcare environment
