Project Manager

We're now seeking a Project Manager for Customer Onboarding & Partner Integrations to lead implementation projects with both new customers and strategic technology partners.

What You'll Do

You'll be the operational lead responsible for launching new customers and managing integration projects with third-party risk, fraud, and compliance partners including data providers and specialized technology platforms. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration delivery.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live — driving implementation timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Manage partner integration projects, including new data partnerships, core platform integrations, and embedded workflows
Create and maintain structured project plans, stakeholder maps, and documentation
Facilitate clear and proactive communication across customers, internal teams, and external partners
Anticipate risks and escalate early with mitigation strategies in place
Define success metrics, track progress, and ensure readiness for go-live
Contribute to onboarding playbooks, integration templates, and continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

You are a structured yet flexible project manager who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. You’re as comfortable aligning technical teams on API specs as you are guiding a customer through onboarding milestones.

You likely have/are:

Experience in SaaS onboarding, project management, or partner integrations
Demonstrated experience managing technical integrations (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, partner sandboxes)
Familiarity with onboarding workflows in fintech, regtech, or B2B SaaS
Strong project planning skills — experience managing risks, stakeholders, and timelines
A confident communicator with executive presence and attention to detail
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements
Proactive owner who drives clarity rather than waiting for direction
Calm under pressure and effective at managing multiple parallel workstreams
Bonus: experience working with or for banking partners, core systems, or KYC vendors
