As a Device Specialist at DTE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology solutions meet and exceed customers' expectations. This involves direct communication with customers on-site, configuring devices within our delivered solutions to precisely match customer requirements.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Manufacturing and delivery of either sold solutions or innovative devices at the correct quality and at the correct time, along with supporting innovation in the development of new devices or functions.
- Select components from stock according to the bill of materials for each device.
- Power up, debug the wiring, and test according to testing protocols.
- Assemble and wire as pr. manufacturing instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Pack and prepare devices for shipping.
- Unpack, install, and set up devices at the customer location.
- Implement the device and train customer operators in the use of the solution.
- Give feedback to Product and Innovation for continuous improvements.
- Service and repair already delivered and installed solutions at customers' sites.
- B.Sc. in Engineering or similar.
- Electrical or Marine Engineer background.
- 3-5 years working within assembly and/or service processes, with a focus on electronic devices and device software.
- An electrician certification is a plus.
