Finance Digital Solution Manager

Icelandair Digital Operations is looking for a highly motivated Finance Digital Solution Manager to join our team. Our mission is to support the company’s operations with flexibility, efficiency, and innovation. What you will be doing:

• Take responsibility as Technical Lead in Finance Product Team
• Lead the technical development and operations of finance-related digital products
• Participate in implementation of new financial system and drive system architecture, scalability and performance.
• Own the lifecycle of digital solutions, from ideation to implementation and optimization.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to deliver impactful tech solutions.

What you should know and be capable of:

• We are looking for a professional with a strong background in IT, Finance processes or digital solutions.
• Proven track record in implementing comprehensive finance solutions to streamline operations is a plus.
• A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in software development, Agile methodologies is a plus.
• We value ownership, proactive problem-solving and collaboration.
• An interest or experience in finance processes and operations is beneficial.
