Summer Employee - Associate Software Engineer

Marel is looking for students of Computer Science or Software Engineering to join the Software Solutions division over the summer.

The summer project consists of extending our Azure monitoring and alerting infrastructure. The tool ensures that cloud resources run optimally by proactively notifying of potential problems, reducing downtime, and improving system reliability. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in either Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Experience of development using C# and the .NET framework is a plus
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Familiarity with message queues and Kubernetes is a plus
