Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð:

• Styðja við Senior Director of Global Treasury í daglegri fjárstýringu.
• Sjá um vikulegar AP-greiðslur, millifærslur innan fyrirtækisins og gjaldeyrisviðskipti.
• Samskipti við reikningshaldsteymi um greiðslur til birgja og afstemmingar.
• Umsjón með innheimtu viðskiptakrafna og eftirlit með lánshámarki.
• Samskipti við banka og fjármálastofnanir eftir þörfum
• Umsjón með útgáfu, lokun og eftirliti með fyrirtækjakreditkortum.
• Önnur greiningarvinna og þróun fjármálakerfa.
  
  

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur:

• Reynsla af fjármálastjórnun og reikningshaldi.
• Þekking á og reynsla af bókhaldskerfum, reynsla af SAP væri kostur.
• Góð tölvufærni og almenn kerfisþekking.

Alvotech is looking for a dedicated specialist in finance to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to treasury management, payments, and collections. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the accounting team, as well as handle other financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Director of Global Treasury with daily cash management.
• Execution of weekly AP settlements, intercompany funding and FX transactions.
• Close communication with the Accounting team on vendor settlements and reconciliations.
• Ownership of the AR collection process and credit limit monitoring.
• Communications with bank relationship managers as needed.
• Ownership of corporate credit card opening/closing, maintenance and monitoring.
• Other ad hoc analysis and further development of Treasury processes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in treasury and accounting.
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Computer system skills and good general systems knowledge.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written communication.
