Coordinator – PharmSci Strategy & Execution

Alvotech is looking for a Principal Scientist - Coordinator to join our PharmSci Strategy & Execution department. This role focuses on coordinating and tracking various intra-department and cross-functional activities and deliverable, and document handling in compliance with GMP and GCP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional interactions, ensuring effective communication regarding sample analysis, prioritization, and document review.
• Oversee alignment meetings and maintain departmental infrastructure, including document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams sites).
• Lead induction training programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
• Enhance and maintain templates, trackers, and work instructions, optimizing workflows within S&E and across other functions.
• Ensure adherence to training requirements and quality processes to support regulatory compliance within the S&E team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• BSc in a scientific subject, preferably Biotechnology or similar
• Experience in generation of trackers, timelines and general project management
• Good working knowledge and experience with Word and Excel essential. Any additional programs are a benefit, e.g., Asana, MS Project etc.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with people from various departments.
• Ability to multitask with several projects at the same time.
