Publishing Intern

We are looking for a Publishing Intern to join our Marketing Growth team on a paid 6-month fixed-term contract, with an anticipated start date in May.

This is a great opportunity for a student or early-career candidate who wants real hands-on experience and the chance to contribute to live marketing campaigns across CCP’s portfolio of games.

This position will primarily focus on publishing and maintaining marketing content across our websites, email communications, and player-facing platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring our campaigns go live accurately, on time, and with a high level of quality.

You’ll also gain exposure to Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives that support player acquisition, engagement, and retention, learning how growth and lifecycle campaigns are executed in a live game environment.

You will work closely with experienced growth marketers and cross-functional teams and gain practical insight into how lifecycle campaigns are executed at scale.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the team’s growth initiatives across our IPs, contributing to acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts
  • Publish and update content across websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and our player platforms
  • Build, format, test, and schedule email communications
  • Perform QA checks to ensure everything works correctly before launch
  • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to coordinate campaign assets and timelines
  • Assist with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance reporting

Your Profile:

  • Curious, eager to learn, and interested in digital marketing and growth
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good time management skills
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with others, fluent in English
  • Interested in experimenting, testing ideas, and learning from results
  • Passion for games and player experience is a plus

What We Can Offer You:

  • A multicultural work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and innovation
  • An active fun club that hosts regular staff events
  • A collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas will shape foundational processes
  • Mentorship and a chance to gain valuable experience
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments if necessary
