Operational Purchaser
Controlant is looking for a Operational Purchaser to join the Procurement and Supply Chain Management team. The Operational Purchaser will participate in the development and implementation of the overall procurement strategy at Controlant and help build effective purchasing requirements. The Operational Purchaser will be joining a value driven team with an end-to-end process mindset, focusing on cross functional cooperation and optimization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Prepare, execute and follow up on purchase orders
- Inventory management, purchasing plans and process implementation
- Optimizing purchase to pay (P2P) process
- Master data management
- Analysis and reporting
- Communication with suppliers and other stakeholders, both internal and external
- Support optimization of procurement processes and other continuous improvement projects
- Other procurements related activities in a fast growing and developing team within Controlant
Requirements
- Previous experience in purchasing and purchase-to-pay process
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) an advantage
- Analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with cross-functional teamwork
- Ability to train and mentor individuals
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Passion for procurement and improvements, willingness to grow and adapt in an ever changing and developing environment
