Our newly established New Product Introduction (NPI) team is growing, and we’re looking for talented professionals to help ensure a seamless transition of processes from process/product development to manufacturing.
Team Purpose:
The NPI team plays a critical role in bridging the gap between research and full-scale manufacturing production. We ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant transfer of biopharmaceutical processes across:
- Upstream Processing (USP)
- Downstream Processing (DSP)
- Drug Product (DP) Manufacturing
We are hiring for separate positions within each of these domains – in addition to oversight of analytical method transfer.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate cross-functionally within R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Lead or support tech transfer activities, ensuring scalability and robustness of processes.
- Troubleshoot and optimize processes during scale-up.
- Ensure that essential information about the full-scale process capabilities is presented to the R&D teams at an early stage to drive efficient process design.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking collaborative, curious, and driven professionals who bring both technical expertise and a team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have:
- A background in bioprocessing, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in USP, DSP, or DP (depending on the role).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
