Alvotech is looking for a QA professional supporting combination product and devices R&amp;D and Design Control activities, responsible for the review and approval of quality documentation throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 requirements. Partners closely with R&amp;D teams to provide quality guidance, promote compliance, and support the effective execution of quality procedures. Specifics of the role:


 - Execute QA review and approval of various quality related documents generated by CPD R&amp;D during all stages of device design control (DHF, risk management files, and other associated documentation) in a 21 CFR Part 820/ISO 13485 compliant QMS.

 - Collaborate with R&amp;D partners in daily compliance activities and coach in executing quality related procedures.

 - Contribute to, author, review and approve procedures, and other supporting documents related to CPD processes.

 - Contribute as required in design, deployment, and improvements of the phase appropriate Quality Management System (QMS).

 - Routinely leads cross functional projects and performs variety of tasks of variable complexity.

Alvotech is seeking a dedicated cell culture associate scientist to join our Upstream Process (USP) Research and Development (R&amp;D) team. As an associate scientist, you will play an important support role in our USP team developing a small-scale bioreactor process for subsequent scale-up and transfer to a manufacturing environment for production of biosimilars. 


Job Description


Scope and responsibility: 





 - 

General supervision and upkeep of the USP Development laboratory to ensure it remains clean and well-organized. 





 - 

Responsible for managing, maintaining and stocking the specific USP Development laboratory inventory such as raw material, consumable and equipment supplies etc. Communication with vendors for purchasing and with warehouse/procurement/supply chain regarding orders and tracking. 





 - 

Responsible for tracking and performing equipment regular maintenance and upkeep of logbooks. Proactively participate in authoring and updating the equipment specific procedures and work instructions. 





 - 

Support USP Development scientists in sample labelling, submission, internal/external sample transport and assist in sample result tracking. 





 - 

Support USP Development scientists for study preparation and/or execution such as bioreactor assembly/disassembly, daily sampling, raw material dispensing and media/feed preparation etc.

Proactively propose general laboratory improvements and willing to take up additional activities, as applicable.

 - Lead, conduct and document Product Quality Complaint investigations from initiation through closure.




 - Perform root cause analysis using structured investigation tools and methodologies.




 - Assess product impact and support risk evaluations.




 - Develop, implement, and track CAPAs to completion.




 - Collaborate with Manufacturing, Suppliers, Quality Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to gather information and drive investigation outcomes.




 - Ensure investigations are completed in accordance with GMP requirements, company procedures, and established timelines.




 - Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities within the Quality Management System.





Qualifications &amp; Experience



 - Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.




 - Minimum 3 years of investigation experience within a GMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.




 - Experience conducting Product Quality Complaint, deviation, OOS, and CAPA investigations.




 - Strong understanding of cGMPs, quality systems, and regulatory expectations.




 - Proficiency in root cause analysis and risk assessment methodologies.




 - Excellent written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.




 - Ability to manage multiple investigations and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Senior Product Complaint Specialist

I. PMO Systems Ownership
<ul>
<li>Own and administer CapEx PMO systems, reporting platforms, and digital tools.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain the PMO systems roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, and digitalization initiatives.</li>
<li>Own the Power BI reporting environment and related analytics solutions.</li>
<li>Act as system owner and administrator for Asana and other approved PMO applications.</li>
