As Treble enters the next phase of its scale-up journey, we are looking for a VP of Sales to lead and accelerate our commercial growth. The role is focused on building a scalable, enterprise-grade sales motion for Treble’s platform across the global tech and audio industries. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a highly driven and experienced enterprise sales leader who combines strategic thinking with direct execution.

About the role:

As VP of Sales at Treble, you will lead our global sales strategy and execution, with responsibility for growing revenue, enterprise deal execution, and long-term customer relationships. You will build and lead a sales organization over time while remaining directly involved in complex, high-value enterprise opportunities.

You will work closely with the leadership team, go-to-market and product organizations, ensuring Treble’s platform is effectively positioned and sold to the world’s most advanced technology companies and established as the leading solution for audio AI data generation and acoustic simulation.

Your tasks include:

  • Lead and execute Treble’s global sales strategy, with a strong focus on the tech industry and enterprise customers
  • Personally drive and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline from early engagement through contract signature
  • Sell Treble’s SDK and platform to customers building advanced audio AI and next-generation audio systems
  • Leverage your network to establish strategic relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Work closely with product, technical and application teams to shape compelling value propositions and win technically demanding deals
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial structure
  • Hire, mentor, and scale the sales team as the company grows
  • Represent Treble in senior-level customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within deep-tech, AI, or simulation tooling
  • Background in audio, AI, acoustics, consumer electronics, simulation, or adjacent domains is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with large technology companies
  • Strong commercial instincts combined with technical curiosity
  • Experience navigating long, technically complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience building sales organizations in a growth-stage company
  • Strong understanding of how large enterprises evaluate, buy and deploy software and data products
  • Ability to operate both as a senior sales leader and a hands-on individual contributor
  • Established network within relevant technology and industry ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with credibility at executive level
