Sales & Marketing Lead

The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and driven Sales & Marketing Lead to take our go-to-market efforts to the next level. This role will be key in shaping how Alda reaches, acquires, and retains customers as we scale globally.
Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð
- Own and execute Alda’s go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing
- Lead the sales pipeline from strategy to closing deals, including outbound, inbound, and partnerships
- Manage the business development and marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring strong collaboration
- Work closely with the CEO on high-value opportunities, pitch materials, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and oversee campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales outreach to drive consistent brand positioning
- Collaborate with the product teams and customer success

- Passion for impact-driven work and creating more inclusive workplaces
- Experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or growth roles
- Experience managing people or cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and performance analytics
