Manager for a centralized hotel reception

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our team and lead our centralized reception, which acts as the central point of coordination for guest services across our four properties.

As the Manager of Centralized Hotel Reception, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the reception team that services our multiple properties. This role requires excellent leadership and a commitment to ensuring every guest receives the highest level of customer service. You will coordinate and ensure seamless communication between the reception team and each hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation for both on-site and off-site reception needs.

Coordinate reception tasks for both on-site and off-site hotels.
Oversee check-ins, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
Train and support reception staff.

Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in hotel reception or guest services.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously, maintaining high standards of service.
Experience with hotel management software and systems.
