IT Service Desk Agent

Air Atlanta is establishing an in-house IT Service Desk to deliver high-quality support to our employees. We are seeking motivated and service-oriented professionals to join our IT Support team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day IT services and offers exposure to a broad range of technologies within a dynamic airline environment.

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT issues and service requests
  • Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and user access
  • Log, prioritize, and track tickets in Jira Service Management
  • Use Confluence knowledge base and AI-powered tools to resolve issues efficiently
  • Escalate issues to second- and third-level support teams when necessary
  • Assist with the configuration and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, and applications
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support during after-hours emergencies
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
  • Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service (1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Icelandic is considered an advantage
  • Customer-focused, proactive and able to work well under pressure
