As the captain of the line, as such the Line Driver Supervisor is the guarantor of the quality of its production and performance:

• Set up lines and plan production orders to deliver them on time.
• Organize and supply the production line to carry out production orders.
• Carry out and supervise line start-up, maintenance and shutdown sequences.
• Manage the line during production: launch of production orders, balancing of operator stations, manage production stoppages (level 0 troubleshooting or maintenance call).
• Ensure that the control plan is carried out and report process or result deviations.
• Produce the daily activity report: performance, incidents, etc. and the transfer to the team that succeeds you.
• Participate in the continuous improvement process alongside the rest of the operational team (maintenance, quality, etc.) by suggesting areas for improvement (ergonomics, maintenance, organization, etc.)

• Graduated with a BTS or with a solid experience of 3-5 years in a similar position (A first experience in the agri-food sector would be ideal).
• Having a team spirit, being good at interpersonal skills, willing, organized, logical and methodical are the character traits sought and significant of success in this position.
