Digital Product Manager

CCP Iceland is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Marketing Services team!

The Product Manager will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for digital products, commercial websites, and digital campaigns for our suite of live-service game titles. You will be responsible for designing and managing digital products that enhance the player experience, meet commercial objectives, and align with our broader strategic goals.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and project management expertise, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with creative services, performance advertising, customer lifecycle management, and analytics teams.

Your Tasks:

Digital Product Design & Management:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements for commercial websites, in-game content support, and supporting digital tools.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
  • Ensure all digital assets meet brand, creative, and technical standards.

Commercial Website Management:

  • Oversee updates, optimizations, and new feature rollouts for our game’s commercial website.
  • Ensure seamless integration with in-game systems and marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize user flows to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within ecommerce, live-service, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play business models, including player acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
  • Experience with commercial website management, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA).
