Senior Software Engineer
CCP Games is looking for a Senior Software Engineer!
You will work within the Blockchain & Infrastructure pillar of EVE Frontier, a new AAA game title set within the EVE universe.
The position is located in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with a team of skilled and passionate professionals to co-create a game world
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications primarily using the Go programming language
- Familiarity with other technologies like Terraform, AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Bash, TypeScript, Solidity, etc.
- Writing maintainable, well-tested, well-documented, open-source code
- Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Your profile:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of professional programming experience ideally with a background in Golang equivalent.
- Good, collaborative, modern software engineering practices
- Fluency in English, as a native speaker or second language.
- Enthusiastic about technology, good products, and gaming
