Data Analyst

LS Retail has an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to work in our finance team.

If you have strong analytical thinking, attention to details, experience, good communication skills, and are longing to work in a team of specialists then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Business Intelligence strategy and developing systems to support the implementation and maintenance of Business Intelligence function for LS Retail.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain BI systems and reports in Microsoft PBI.
Define structure and content of relevant BI.
Collect and validate BI data that is relevant for the business.
Translate business needs to data requirements.
Support the CFO and business managers with financial analysis and planning of the businesses (including budgets and forecasts).

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

BS degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or similar
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Knowledge and experience working with SQL
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with software such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is beneficial for this role.
Knowledge of Data Cubes is a plus.

This position is based in our Headquarters in Iceland.
