Í þessu starfi munt þú sjá um daglegan rekstur sjálfvirknikerfa og veita stuðning við framleiðsluteymi - bæði á hefðbundnum vöktum og á bakvöktum. Þetta er vaktavinna og því skiptir sveigjanleiki og frumkvæði miklu máli.
Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð:
- Umsjón með notendaaðgöngum og aðgöngum í sjálfvirknikerfum
- Sjá um breytingar á notendaaðgöngum, loka aðgöngum og fara yfir aðgangsstýringar
- Skipuleggja og framkvæma fyrirbyggjandi viðhald (PM)
- Styðja við gagnasöfnun og vinna að kerfisskoðunarskýrslum
- Skila lotuskýrslum og greiningu á gögnum til framleiðslu
- Bregðast við bakvaktarbeiðnum, bæði fjar- og staðbundið
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
- Lokið framhaldsskóla (menntun á tæknisviði er kostur)
- Reynsla af vinnu í eftirlitsumhverfi (GxP) er æskileg
- Reynsla af vinnu með upplýsingakerfi
- Skipulagshæfni, áreiðanleiki og færni við að vinna eftir stöðluðum ferlum
- Tilbúinn til að vinna vaktavinnu og vera á bakvöktum

If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, working with systems, and supporting production teams, we’d like to hear from you. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automation Technician to join our team in Reykjavik. In this role, you’ll help keep our automation systems running smoothly by handling day-to-day tasks and providing support to production teams—both during regular hours and on-call.
This is a shift-based position, so flexibility and a proactive mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing user accounts and access across automation systems
- Handling account changes, offboarding, and user access reviews
- Scheduling and performing basic preventative maintenance (PM)
- Supporting data collection and helping draft system review reports
- Providing batch reports and trend data to production
- Responding to on-call support requests (remotely or on-site)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; technical degree is a plus
- Experience in a regulated (GxP) environment is helpful
- Comfortable working with IT systems and industrial control systems
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow structured processes
- Willing to work shifts and provide on-call support
