Sölustjóri (Head of Sales)

As Head of Sales you'll play a pivotal part in identifying business opportunities and managing relationships with our clients.

This is a chance to make a real impact as part of a collaborative team building an award-winning SaaS platform that changes how people and businesses build trust online.

You’ll be working directly with our sales- and customer success initiatives together with a highly collaborative team in marketing, customer service and product management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive sales targets – This means you own and achieve annual sales targets

  • Relationship management – Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication and forward thinking problem solving skills 

  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from a qualified lead to closing

  • An ability to learn and articulate technical aspects of products and services

Your qualifications

  • A proven experience in identifying and successfully leading B2B sales initiatives, also on management and C-level

  • An entrepreneurial forward-thinking mindset and an ability to learn fast

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 

  • Discipline and attention to details

  • A collaborative mindset

  • High Proficiency in both Icelandic and English
