We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing Processor to join our Procurement team for a 10‑month interim role with possibility of extention. You will support daily purchasing activities across manufacturing, laboratory, quality and engineering teams, ensuring accurate SAP processing, smooth supplier coordination and reliable data management. This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, problem‑solving and maintaining high data quality in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP with accurate pricing, vendor data and delivery information.
- Monitor deliveries, confirmations and support invoice matching (GR/IR).
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates and issue resolution.
- Maintain clean purchasing data and prepare simple Excel reports on PO status and spend.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and GxP/SOX requirements.
- Support stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Engineering and Finance.
Job RequirementsRequired

Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain support.

Good working knowledge of SAP MM (PRs, POs, GRs).

Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation).

High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Strong communication and customer‑focused approach.
Preferred

Experience in the biopharmaceutical or life‑science environment.

Understanding of GxP or regulated purchasing processes.

Knowledge of indirect procurement categories (lab supplies, consumables, services).

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
