Tindasel is a boutique luxury accommodation and adventure base in South Iceland, offering a unique combination of premium accommodation, exceptional hospitality, and unforgettable experiences. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the property.

Work hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00)

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the lodge and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will support and coach our hosts, maintain high service standards, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay. You will work closely with the owners while being trusted to make day-to-day operational decisions independently.
- Lead the daily operations of the lodge.
- Supervise and support the host team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Oversee room readiness and quality inspections.
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance.
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist with scheduling and operational planning.
- Monitor operational standards and implement improvements.
- Ensure all SOPs and service standards are followed.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate with management.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or tourism management.
- Excellent leader who motivates and supports their team.
- Takes ownership and solves problems proactively.
- Has outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is service-minded with strong attention to detail.
- Speaks fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Holds a valid driver's licence.
