Position Overview:
As a team member at Point, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Stock Management: Ensuring that our shelves and displays are always well-stocked with our unique range of Icelandic products.
- Customer Assistance: Helping customers at our self-service checkout counters, providing assistance and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Gaining and sharing knowledge about our Icelandic offerings, including our renowned hot food items, to enhance the customer experience.
