HR Operations and Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to further shaping HR Operations at Carbfix as we continue our international growth.
You will be responsible for HR and Payroll systems, HR data and payroll processing. In your role, you will focus on automating HR processes and simplifying workflows to enhance efficiency, contributing to our growth as we expand internationally. Among other priorities are employee onboarding, providing support for managers and employees, including remote team members.
The right person for the role enjoys a fast-paced growing environment, is forward-looking and sees opportunities to use technology and automation tools when implementing new processes and systems. The role requires analytical thinking, precision and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- University education relevant to Human Resources or a related field.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Passion for using automation tools and technology.
- Positivity, customer service mindset, and agility in communication.
- Knowledge in Power BI and/or Tableau is an advantage.
- Experience with H3 (Payroll) is an advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in Icelandic and English.
Carbfix is a subsidiary of Reykjavík Energy. Initially, the role will be 50% at RE and 50% at Carbfix, with a planned full transition to Carbfix. The position is located on-site in Reykjavík, Iceland.
