We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Service to lead our customer care team and elevate our service standards to new heights. Create and nurture a culture of excellence, positivity, and continuous improvement.
Manage, train, and support the customer care team to reach their full potential.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Support the sales & operations team with ongoing tours, handling challenges proactively and efficiently.
Drive improvements in the quality of both internal processes and external customer experiences.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
Independence with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Vision, ambition, and the ability to drive ideas forward.
Previous management experience (experience in tourism is a strong advantage).
Imagination, positivity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
