Responsibilities

This is a varied and hands-on position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• • Cleaning, preparing, and presenting our accommodation to the highest standard.

  • Laundry and linen management.

  • Welcoming and assisting guests when needed.

  • Communicating with guests via email, phone, and various platforms before, during, and after their stay.

  • General property maintenance and outdoor work, including snow removal in winter and gardening during summer.

  • Carrying out minor repairs and coordinating with contractors when necessary.

  • Restocking supplies and ensuring each home is guest-ready.

  • Assisting with maintenance projects and the preparation of new accommodation units during the quieter season.

  • Other tasks related to the daily operation of the business.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.

• Work independently, are organized, and take initiative.

• Are reliable, flexible, and enjoy a varied workload that changes with the seasons.

• Take ownership of their work and have a strong eye for detail.

• Speak English confidently (additional languages are an advantage).

• Hold a valid driver's license.

Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or property management is an advantage, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important.
