Laundry Attendant
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join our team in a full-time (100%) position.
The laundry we process primarily comes from hotels, restaurants, and private households, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is a physically demanding role that involves standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, and lifting laundry bags. Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing manual work throughout the workday.
- Previous laundry experience is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided.
- Basic English/Icelandic communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload washing machines and dryers.
- Sort and handle laundry with care.
- Ensure laundry is processed efficiently and meets our quality standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety and hygiene procedures.
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
Previous experience in a laundry or similar role is an advantage, but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
