Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

The employee will play a crucial role in driving our company's international growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and be involved throughout the various steps of the sales process. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships and work with lead agents in different markets. A strong background in digital marketing is essential for this role, as well as fluency in English. Experience in the life sciences sector is a significant advantage.

PLAIO is a rapidly growing company that has made a name for itself in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology world. The company develops a visual planning platform for pharmaceutical companies and has customers from all over Europe and the United States.   • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans 

  • Manage digital marketing agency communications.

  • Identify and target potential clients through various digital marketing channels.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales materials and promotional content.

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and marketing campaign results.

  • Attend international conferences on behalf of PLAIO.

 

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEM/SEO) - channels and tools, including social media and content marketing.

  • Experience in international sales preferable 

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot. 

  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry is a significant plus, not a must. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
