Transformation Manager

We are seeking a proactive and impact-driven Transformation Manager to join Icelandair’s Strategy & Transformation team. This role will play a central part in driving Icelandair’s transformation journey by coordinating strategic initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, and supporting leaders across the business in turning change into lasting impact.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Partner with leadership to plan, drive, and oversee strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
Act as a thought partner to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and promoting fact-based decision-making
Manage transformation roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics
Identify bottlenecks and risks and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve them
Drive change management activities, ensuring effective communication and engagement across the organization
Monitor and track progress of initiatives, preparing reports and insights for the Executive Committee and Board
Conduct analyses and prepare recommendations to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation, corporate development, program management, or related field
Experience in managing large-scale projects or transformations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actions
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English
Structured and organized, with strong prioritization skills
Strong collaborator, able to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
