Verkefnaleiðtogi (e. Analytical Project Lead)

Alvotech leitar eftir öflugum aðila til að leiða verkefni innan Rannsókna- og Mælingasviðs (Analytical Research & Development) Alvotech. Hlutverk deildarinnar er að þróa og gilda greiningaraðferðir, greina sýni sem hluta af þróun nýrra verkefna og framkvæma mælingar sem sýna fram á að okkar lyf séu jafngild frumlyfinu.

Ábyrgðarsvið:

  • Leiða verkefni innan deildar og vera fulltrúi deildarinnar í þverfaglegum verkefnateymum.
  • Taka þátt í stefnumótun og verkefna-umræðum innan verkefnateyma.
  • Skoða rannsóknaráætlanir og ráðleggja um sýnatöku og prófunaraðferðir.
  • Sjá um samskipti við skráningaryfirvöld, svara spurningum yfirvalda og taka saman upplýsingar til skráningaryfirvalda.
  • Uppfæra starfsfólk deildarinnar um framvindu og breytingar á tímasetningum þróunarverkefna og áhrif þeirra á starfsemi deildarinnar.
  • Taka þátt í uppfærslum á vinnuferlum og verklagsreglum innan deildarinnar.

Alvotech is looking to hire an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to fill the role of Analytical Project Lead within the Analytical Research and Development (ARD) department. Our main role is to develop and validate analytical methods, analyze samples as part of development programs, and support the execution of analytical strategies and regulatory documentation preparation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage selected programs for ARD and represent the function in cross-functional program teams.
  • Contribute to scientific and strategic discussions within project teams.
  • Review study protocols and advise on sampling and testing strategies.
  • Co-author and review regulatory and quality documents related to assigned programs.
  • Update ARD staff on progress and timelines for development programs and their impact on ARD activities.
  • Handle non-project specific responsibilities within ARD, including overall management and updates of workflows and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong drive and determination, and ability to be heard and effective in large groups.
  • Experience working with analytical data or process development.
  • A university degree in a relevant subject.
  • Fluent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and precise work methods
