Are you an experienced construction project leader ready to take on complex, mission-critical infrastructure?

Borealis is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager with a solid background in construction management to lead the delivery of large-scale data center projects. This is a high-impact role within our Design, Build & Maintain group — ideal for someone with a proven ability to manage complex builds, lead teams, and drive results.

What You’ll Do

Lead full-cycle delivery of data center construction projects
Work closely with local Project/Construction Managers and internal teams
Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risk across multiple stakeholders
Report progress and issues to the executive board and drive critical decisions
Enforce site safety and ensure compliance with OSH and industry standards
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and certification partners

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

You Should Have

5+ years in construction/project management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Experience with large-scale or mission-critical projects (data centers a plus)
A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
Fluent in both English and Icelandic (another Nordic language is a bonus)
