As an Inside Sales Agent at Teya, you will be a key player in driving our sales success through effective engagement, relationship building, and sales conversion. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities to ensure our customers receive personalized and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Sales Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential customers via email, website, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and provide information about our products and services. 

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to earn their trust and loyalty.
  • Tailor solutions to meet individual customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Sales Conversion:

  • Utilize persuasive and consultative sales techniques to guide potential customers through the sales process and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and maintain a high conversion rate.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively convey their value to potential customers.
  • Continuously update and share product information with potential customers.

Sales Documentation:

  • Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
  • Generate quotes and proposals as needed to facilitate the sales process.

Follow-Up:

  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with a customer-centric mindset to understand and meet client needs effectively. With a foundation in basic sales techniques, they excel at building trust and fostering loyalty, creating lasting customer relationships. They are quick to acquire and retain product knowledge and are comfortable using CRM systems to accurately record interactions and manage sales details. Adaptable and collaborative, they can tailor solutions to individual clients in a dynamic environment and work closely with the team to achieve revenue goals. Their attention to detail ensures precise quotes, proposals, and well-organized documentation throughout the sales process.

Proficiency in English and Icelandic is a requirement.
