  • Secure Firm and Sustainable Supply: Establish and maintain a reliable and sustainable supply chain to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction. 

  • Master the Numbers: Utilize data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed decisions.

  • Be the Dealmaker: Negotiate strategic contracts that secure the best terms and conditions for Embla Medical.

  • Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation. 

    Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and measure performance. 

    Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through rigorous spend analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management. 

    Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity. 

    Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to anticipate opportunities and challenges. 

    Contract Management: Ensure successful contract closing, negotiation, and execution to secure critical terms and drive strategic supplier relationships. 

    Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of category managers. 

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Educational background: Minimum bachelor's degree in business or finance.  

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Industry Expertise: Experience in relevant industries such as FMCG, Automotive, Aviation, or Medical Devices. 

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for driving innovation, efficiency, and cost savings. 

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
