Summer Positions

As we prepare for the busy summer season, we are seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join our team at Hotel Keflavík, a prestigious 4-star hotel.

We are hiring for both part-time and full-time summer positions, with the possibility of future long-term employment for the right candidates.

Opportunities may be available in several departments, including:

Front Desk
Restaurant
Housekeeping
Breakfast service
Drivers with a D category driving licence
Other hotel support roles as needed

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in hospitality and to be part of a professional, dynamic working environment.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Provide friendly, professional, and active service to hotel guests.
Carry out daily tasks within the relevant department efficiently and responsibly.
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Help maintain cleanliness, organisation, and high service standards in all work areas.
Assist in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests during the summer season.
Perform other tasks related to the role and department as required.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sense of responsibility, independence, and professionalism.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, cleaning, driving, or food service is an advantage, depending on the role.
Proficiency in English is required; Icelandic and other languages are an advantage.
For driver positions, a valid D category driving licence is required.
