Við leitum að Mannauðsfulltrúa í sumarstarf, með áherslu á ráðningar, til að ganga til liðs við kraftmikið mannauðsteymi okkar. Þessi staða er tímabundin og felur í sér styðja við almenna verkferla sem teymið hefur umsjón með og þá helst í ráðningum.
Verksvið og ábyrgð:
- Aðstoða við ráðningarferlið, þar með talið að birta atvinnuauglýsingar, fara yfir ferilskrár, skipuleggja og taka viðtöl.
- Regluleg samskipti við umsækjendur varðandi stöðu umsókna þeirra og viðtalstíma.
- Viðhalda og uppfæra mannauðs- og ráðningarkerfi.
- Aðstoða við innleiðingarferli nýrra starfsmanna.
- Styðja við prófun á nýju mannauðskerfi.
- Almennur stuðningur við mannauðsteymið eftir þörfum.
Starfskröfur:
- Stundar nám í mannauðsstjórnun, sálfræði, viðskiptafræði eða á tengdu sviði.
- Sterkur áhugi á ráðningum.
- Framúrskarandi samskiptahæfileikar og félagsfærni.
- Enskukunnátta, góð færni í töluðu og rituðu máli.
- Nákvæmni og sterk skipulagshæfileikar.
- Geta til að vinna sjálfstætt og sem hluti af teymi.
- Færni í Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Starfsnám eða starfsreynsla í mannauðsmálum er kostur.
- Þekking á notkun Workday er kostur.

We are seeking a Human Resources Representative for a summer position, with a focus on recruitment, to join our dynamic HR team. This position is temporary and involves supporting general processes that the team oversees, with a special focus on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Regularly communicating with candidates regarding the status of their applications and interview timelines.
- Maintain and updae HR and recruitment systems.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support testing of new HR systems.
- General support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Studies in progress in Human Resource Management, psychology, business or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Accuracy and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and experience with Workday is an advantage.
- Internship or work experience in HR is an advantage.
