Software Specialist
Rapyd Europe is looking for a Software Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be key to ensuring seamless operations, supporting our users, and collaborating with DevOps to optimize our systems. Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð
- Support users with system problems.
- Responsible for helping DevOps set up systems.
- Monitor the support queue and assign tickets.
- Monitor systems to operate correctly.
- Responsible for change management execution.
- Responsible for stepping in if the system is not operating normally.
- Supports software developers in improving the operational environment.
- Help fix production issues and support the operations
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
- Relevant IT degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with system setup and configuration (supporting DevOps).
- Ability to fix production issues and support operations.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Experience with user support, ticket management, and queue monitoring.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Icelandic
