Service Center Technician

Controlant is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assemble, test, and package products, ensuring they meet quality standards. You will handle sales orders, returns, and collaborate on process improvements.

Join Controlant as a Service Center Technician and play a key role in assembling, testing, and packaging products that meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling products according to work instructions
Packaging and preparing products to be sent to customers
Programming devices
Processing calibrations
Processing sales orders
Performing all relevant tests on devices
Maintaining equipment and tools
Managing specific projects/tasks when required
Meeting accuracy and timeliness targets
Assisting Leaders with improving processes
Ability to check for defects and identify possible quality issues
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
Project management and participation as needed
Performing training for new employees
Carefully following work instructions
Following safety measurements
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

What We’re Looking For:

Deep understanding and experience in production and assembly processes is preferred
Experience in a similar industry as a benefit
Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
Excellent attention to detail and good organization
Knowledge of warehouse operations and/or supply chain management is preferred
Good motor skills
Good computer skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Solid understanding of product quality
Great attention to detail
Experience in working in a dynamic technical environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivel
Team player and willingness to go above and beyond
Ability to work in teams and lead by example
English verbal and written communication skills
