DS Manufacturing Technologist (Entry Level)

Join the Manufacturing Team at Alvotech in Reykjavik and be a part of a dynamic, highly regulated environment where attention to detail and thoroughness are key. We're seeking individuals who are proactive, embrace challenges, and have a positive mindset. The role requires extensive training, and Alvotech prioritizes teaching, mentoring, and guiding its technicians. Working in day/evening/night shifts is required.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Getting a theoretical introduction to Manufacturing Operations.
A practical introduction to bioreactors, chromatography systems, filtration equipment, and in-process lab instruments.
Clean room training.
Good documentation practices, Compliance, and Data Integrity.
Good manufacturing training (GMP).

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation Rules and an ability to follow documentation for the execution of batch records, SOPs, and work instructions is beneficial but not a requirement.
Preferred experience from a similar position, lab experience, or experience in a highly regulated environment.
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and willingness to learn are desired attributes.
Proficient English skills are a requirement (Icelandic is not required).
Ability to work in shifts (Morning/Evening/Night).
