Alvotech is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Complaints Specialist to join our Product Quality Complaints (PQC) team. In this role, you will support compliant, timely, and accurate handling of product complaint cases while collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Production, and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a regulated, fast‑moving environment.
Scope & Responsibilities

Complete assigned complaint‑handling tasks independently and in line with established SOPs and procedures.

Perform routine complaint processing with occasional non‑routine tasks requiring collaboration with supervisors or colleagues.

Enter, manage, and maintain accurate complaint records in Veeva in accordance with Alvotech GMP requirements.

Assign, follow up, and support investigations with internal and external stakeholders.

Review and approve completed product quality complaint files.

Coordinate complaint sample retrieval, analysis, and data collection.

Compile complaint metrics, identify trends, and support CAPAs, investigations, and data excursions.

Ensure consistent compliance, accurate documentation, and timely closure of all complaint cases.

Train new team members and contribute to process improvements within PQC.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or technical degree and minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in a regulated environment; GMP experience highly desirable.

Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, patient care, or comparable fields preferred.

Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Excellent organization and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
