We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support stability activities, sample shipments and general sample management within the Analytical Research & Development (ARD) team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on laboratory work, coordination tasks and maintaining efficient sample workflows.
Scope & Responsibilities

Oversee activities related to stability studies, including sample pulling, charging and documentation.

Coordinate timely shipments of samples to internal Alvotech laboratories and third‑party labs.

Receive, prepare, aliquot and organize samples and materials for analytical testing.

Perform general sample handling, buffer preparation and inventory management.

Prepare and review documents required for sample testing, shipments and stability activities.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of all sample‑related work.
-
Perform routine stock checks and ensure proper storage conditions.

Support process improvements within ARD sample management.
-
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Veeva trainings and EHS requirements.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements

Relevant laboratory or scientific experience, preferably within biopharmaceuticals or analytical development.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Competency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, sample preparation).

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Ability to follow SOPs, documentation standards and safety procedures.
